I disagree on the location being poor. The area is in need of a restaurant. You can see that with how busy Hooked JC is. I heard the prices were updated. That should help. I think one of the issues could be the space. The place is so large that you could have 40 people inside and the place would still look empty...

The service, while very friendly, was indeed so clueless on my recent visit that it gave my friend and I time to read the Yelp reviews aloud and chuckle at their accuracy.
She had a burger that she said was just OK, though I liked the fries I stole. I gotta say, though, I had the stuffed mussels with mild chorizo and big chunks of garlic in the stuffing, and it was REALLY good, and different, and interesting. I also had the pulled pork sliders. The buns, while very nice in and of themselves, to me overwhelmed the filling, so I kinda ate around them. But the pork was also VERY good, and different, and interesting.

went once with some friends after 10 pm, yelp is accurate, employees are without clue. Beautiful space, but location isn't best. Won't last.

Other than the awful signage the building and interior is amazing. The menu (and website) is a hilarious hodgepodge of bad spelling and syntax.
We went very early, and most of the staff is very, very raw. The food was quite good, but most of the items are priced beyond what the neighborhood norm is. If they massage the menu, put in some less expensive items, and get the staff whipped into shape it'll be a nice addition. I think it's going to end up as a late night lounge, mostly.
