as always, a simple starting point would be the big boxes. head over to your local home depot (holland tunnel/440) or lowes (440) and get someone to come inspect and measure.

Anyone have any recommendations for a GC or specialist who can help repair some sagging floors in our kitchen? I seems like some of the boards rotted out, and the solution the previous owners came up with, some plywood laid over the holes, is giving out. Looking for a GC/carpenter/flooring specialist or anyone who you think might be up for the job.
