Already suffered through 14C congestion mornings when we lived on Monmouth. Love this idea of locking people out w/EasyPass... JC streets are not an on-ramp, especially for aggro suburban drivers who ignore all signs and pedestrians.

And Brewster, are you being coy? There is a rather fun 2-minute ferry to the park, granted it only runs every 30 minutes.

Anyone have any recommendations for a GC or specialist who can help repair some sagging floors in our kitchen? I seems like some of the boards rotted out, and the solution the previous owners came up with, some plywood laid over the holes, is giving out. Looking for a GC/carpenter/flooring specialist or anyone who you think might be up for the job.
