Assuming these are bad guys shooting other bad guys.. Hell, talk about poor shooting -- the injured are shot in the leg and are still able to flee from police.

When you see "uncooperative witnesses" they are almost always black. They are very big into the "snitches get stitches" mentality.

Sad, because that attitude only fosters more crime, but if you don't want to help your own neighborhood, why expect outsiders to make things better?
