Because most of the scum could care less about the shootings.

However, two law enforcement officials who are not authorized to speak about the investigation and two other sources said at least some of the recent gun violence may be related to Thursday's sentencing of Gregory Eady, 20, of Armstrong Avenue. Eady was sentenced to 75 years in prison for a 2014 double murder and a carjacking, armed robbery and armed burglary.

The media has been engaged in selective reporting for a while now so I'm not surprised. Kind of takes away from their agenda so best to sweep this under the rug.

That, and Sharpton and the gang don't care about black on black crime so even less reason for the media to report on it.

Start enforcing quality of life laws and crime will decrease as simple as that.

I'd love to see Al Sharpton lead some kind of march against the endless onslaught of black on black violent crime we are seeing in cities against the country, including JC.

The sheer scale of the brutality makes police misbehavior pale in comparison.

My kid used to attend Academy I on Bergen and drive on these streets those times. For me, this is the really scary one:

Quote:

"Earlier, two women were the victims of a shooting at King Drive and Oak Street. The woman told police she was walking home at about 2:45 p.m. when she heard three gunshots and was shot in the left armpit.

Police later found a second shooting victim, a woman who was shot in the left leg, according to the police report. Carly Baldwin, Jersey City's police and fire spokeswoman, said their injuries were not life threatening."

It's one thing when these shooters are executing each other with intent and precision and another when they're letting bullets fly all over the place.

Maybe City Hall can give offer free summer lessons on firearms marksmanship.

there goes fulop's campaign for governor - jc needs to devote more resources to these problem areas. nj should get much tougher on sentencing - 3 or even 2 strikes
