Bought a small container of mixed olives, marcona almonds, orange zest in olive oil. Really good-- especially with the bread from BROA!

i went by to have a look and i was thoroughly impressed. i can't wait to drop some $$'s there

stopped by friday and had a great lunch with friends: shared the meat & cheese platter + a few antipasti, etc. had a great dinner this evening with the husband: shared the scallop crudo + the rib eye. both delicious! great addition to the neighborhood, will be returning soon!

Had an excellent macchiato and cannolli ... wandered through an hour ago, menu-planning in my head.

I talked to one of the proprietors about a seafood counter and he said maybe in time. When they have seafood on the menu in Osteria, the restaurant in the back, they may also sell that menu at one of the counters. However, don't take my word for it; let's see what they decide to do. It's the first day so they are probably just feeling everything out. By the way, the place looks fantastic.

Very nice addition to the neighborhood. Nice looking place, too. There is a small meat and poultry department. No fish. I bought slab bacon and chicken cutlets, both reasonably priced. I was surprised that there is an osteria in the back. Looking forward to that as a new lunch place.

I went there after shopping at the Asian Market, so feeling a little Marco Poloish.

I wish they had a seafood counter too. There is no legitimate seafood offerings anywhere downtown!
