Love that the PT has Magner's on tap. Try a 'snakebite' which is half Magners and half beer (a lager is best). Cuts the sweetness down. Very good. That and their burger is about as good as it gets.

Here are my top 12
1. Residents will pick-up dog poop if dog owners forget without complaint 2. Local motorists while stopped at stop signs, will jump out and escort the elderly crossing the crosswalk 3. Locals impose their own curfew of no noise after 9pm 4. Kids will offer to wash your car for little reward 5. Businesses will feed your parking meter or pay a parking ticket for customers 6. Any due-by / used-by products soon coming to term is offered to the homeless (residents or businesses) 7. Cityhall focuses on cost-effective services for tax payers and puts their needs paramount, when making decisions 8. Politics takes a backseat to the needs of the city and tax payers 9. Our schools are a safe haven for learning, personal development, values and culture that is void of any conflict or student dangers associated in other cities 10. Tax abatements are means tested and only residents that have resided in the city for 15 years can apply 11. Our parks are clean, safe, void of graffiti, void of poop, serviced daily and a place for children to play and others to rest and relax without announce 12. Locals always acknowledge each other with a wave, nod or greeting
