Ever get one of those huge dentist's anesthetic injections, when you feel the needle slowly ripping it's way through your gums and between your teeth? Absolutely nothing like that.

The flu injection I got this year was a simple one-click action with a very thin needle. Over in a split second. You don't even see the needle, never mind feel it.

I had to wait until mid Feb. to get my shot and went to Walgreens on Washington in Hoboken since my GP was all out. I was in and out in 15 minutes. For those who feel it's late in the season and passing on the shot, last year I had the Flu at the end of March and I had it bad. I wasn't cleared to go back to work for almost 2 weeks. Get your shot!

In addition to Target and Duane Reade, you can also try the Walgreens (corner of Kennedy Blvd and Communipaw).

Just go to the Pharmacy inside Target. $20 and you can either get a shot or a nasal spray.

Try the pharmacy at Target, I know they offered the flu shot last month.

My boss assigned me to a client that is a hospital which requires all contractors to have flu shots. I haven't gotten one in 25+ years.

Does anyone know of any places that allow walk-ins and still have flu vaccine in stock?
