Can "we" get an address for this scribble so the J.C.I.A. and the property owner can get rid of this violation. With enough JC LISTER's calling this in the problem will be solved in no time and the neighborhood will be back to normal.

Been hearing good things about this guy. So-so technique, but positive messages.

"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "otherwise you wouldn't have come here."

I like his artwork.

It's good quality and looks better than usual tags.

Haters gonna hate.

Nothing. I like these graffiti paintings too. ITs not your typical tag that we see around the city. Most of them are actually uplifting messages or quotes. Some done in creative ways. I saw one recently on 5th street of Wreck it-Ralph next to a hole in the wall of a building. I always that it was funny to see, but it got painted over and the whole ended up being covered. and before anyone starts spewing most of it was not done on private property.

Yes I know technically its still not cool to graffiti something that is not yours but I just want to say that before anyone starts screaming about not liking it on THEIR house. Just enjoy the damn graffiti, seriously people. Its like people on this site want to live up to the yuppie stereotype.

I thought it was a DIY grassroots attempt to sell LITM for 1.5 million.

I see him, Hispanic guy who sports his own shirts with his words of love message. He was putting a sign that said rip tree on a tree stump and taking a picture I guess keeping a journal of his stuff, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's him. I wouldn't call him jersey city's own basquiat, maybe more like JC's own James dela Vega. I like basquait and don't care for dela vega

How does yuppie stereotype become the antigraffiti ? There is nothing to enjoy in graffiti. NIMBY please.

I LIVE IN THE JERSEY CITY HEIGHTS AREA AND I HAVE NOTICED A FEW GRAFFITI LIKE MESSAGES ON A FEW BUILDINGS OVER THE LAST SEVERAL WEEKS, HOWEVER, LOVE IS THE MESSAGE. I WONDER WHO AND WHERE ELSE THIS INDIVIDUAL IS TAGGING UP MESSAGES OF LOVE. I THINK IT'S PRETTY NEAT AND I KNOW MOST WILL PROBABLY DISAGREE, BUT I LIKE AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE.

HAS ONLY ELSE SEEN THESE MESSAGES?
