I'm so happy the minors are never charged. After all they're really just apprentices, future muggers without guns. Someday those two will be robbing us at gunpoint. I love America.

More likely it was the fact she only identified one since the gunman was the one she got the good look at.

Strange story -- the NJ Transit Police caught all three men, but only charged one (the one with the gun)?

There is something missing here. It would be refreshing if the Jersey Journal performed some follow up on this (but then again, I really never see follow up of this nature).

But, this is yet another story of criminal genius. They rob the woman and then jump on a train where they are trapped and can be easily caught.

Police: Bayonne woman robbed outside light rail station in Jersey City; 1 charged

A Bayonne woman was robbed at gunpoint near a Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station on Martin Luther King Drive and Virginia Avenue in Jersey City Tuesday night, police reports said.

Just after 9 p.m. the woman walking toward the Martin Luther King Drive station and was approached by three young men dressed in dark clothing, police said. One of the men, later identified as Antonio Hinton, 19, drew a handgun and said "Run your s?-, b??," reports said.

Hinton, of Lexington Avenue, was charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, reports said.
