Anyone with common sense know that these two are complete animals! They weren't throwing toilet paper or soaping windows, they were ROBBING PEOPEL! Screw them and their parents, they are filth and they will commit more crimes, hopefully not on YOU.

Sounds like someone went off their meds. Scary. Quote: if only chinese delivery men were targeted, it should be a hate crime. but this is simple, shoot the children and send the parents to jail, fine any kid who is friends of the two kids.
