Drove from JC to Edison this morning on Rt 1/9. Those signs are up every 5 feet on every single patch of grass along the road. I really hope Menendez has the same staffers who put them up take them down again.

That's a lot of signs.

As much as I dislike these types of signs, they may have saved some from a car crash during the black out. While coming home from County Village at 9pm, those signs were a perfect road divider for 440 that had no lights. The car lights hit them and they acted as road reflectors/markers.

it's a scandal for single men to have sex with different women?

Look if you want to criticize the guy, criticize him for politics. Not for having sex with women, or for some campaign workers (volunteers?) putting up signs on a road.

Question is, will they take them down in the next month? Doubt it as usual. These signs stay up until the towns or wind removes them. It's crazy......

what a waste. he's going to win anyway, why litter with those stupid signs when your team's manpower could be used actually helping people. he also voted against GMO labeling. lautenberg voted for it. if you don't like menendez but would never want to support a republican, there is a green party candidate for senate. sadly of course, he won't come close to winning and its likely no one has even heard of him.

Yes Menendez is a scumbag 2.3 BILLION times over.

N.J. senator pleaded for firm bailout
Updated 6/2/2010 11:32 PM
By Matt Kelley, USA TODAY

WASHINGTON ? During the depths of the financial crisis in 2008, a member of the Senate Banking Committee urged the Treasury Department to provide bailout money to a struggling financial firm whose eventual collapse cost taxpayers $2.3 billion, newly released records show.
Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., wrote to Henry Paulson, then secretary of the Treasury Department, in support of CIT Group, a New Jersey-based lender to businesses such as retail stores. Menendez touted CIT's importance to New Jersey and the nation and said the company "provided strong evidence" its finances were sound, according to a copy of the letter released last month under the Freedom of Information Act.

**

At the time, the financial crisis was near its peak, and the Treasury was deciding which institutions were healthy enough to justify investments of taxpayer dollars. Seven weeks after Menendez's letter, CIT announced the Treasury's $2.3 billion investment of taxpayer money under the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The Treasury's investment was wiped out in CIT's bankruptcy a year later.

**

Four months after the Treasury's investment, six CIT executives gave a total of $5,500 to Menendez's campaign, Federal Election Commission records show.

Menendez petitioned the feds to release 2 million gallons of gas from oil reserves (http://www.paramuspost.com/article.php/20121105100241918)

Menendez petitioned the US DOT for bus assistance, and so NJ got 350 buses (http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/20 ... autenberg_and_menend.html)

He toured the state alongside Obama and Christie to survey damage
(http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10 ... new-jersey_n_2052579.html)

He petitioned the EPA to ease some rules on biofuel delivery and got almost 18 million gallons delivered to NJ
(http://www.trust.org/alertnet/news/al ... or-new-jersey-after-sandy)

And also set up a resource center
(http://www.paramuspost.com/article.php/2012102616363471)

But you know, a couple people on his campaign put up some signs, so he's a scumbag, sure.

Too late now ..I didn?t have power?

That a-hole Menendez had his a-hole hacks putting up around 200 Menendez plastic sign?s all along rt 440 in Jersey City on Weds the day after the storm. It was in the afternoon. I didn?t have my camera handy to capture the punks.

While people in Country Village (6 foot basement flooding) and Society Hill (cars flooded out) on either side of rt 440 were suffering CV much more so than SH. Along with the rest of JC. This a-hole was putting up campaign signs. THANK YOU!

Has anyone heard from Menendez in all of this???

Don?t vote for this a-hole!!!!!!!!!!
