Didn't they interview one of them that was photographed in the article ? Also the shop keepers kept stating they don't like what the element is doing to the neighborhood when trying to run a respectable business. Have they looked at their properties lately it looks like a pigsty maybe they should clean up their own domain and the rest will take care of itself.

Sounds like its time to do some gardening; plants, lawn and any street trees with 'blood and bone' or 'fish' fertilizers. Maybe even some side walk chalk art with messages like; 'Hoes reported to Police' Sell your ass somewhere else'.
The odd dog poop dropped in the appropriate area could also help the 'girls' decide that 'your' area isn't a good spot to sell their services.

Favorite game driving up the 1&9 is to play "spot the hooker". Used to be an easy game to win, even during daylight hours, but for the last year or so I haven't seen any -- maybe that area got cleaned up?
