Police responded Wednesday morning to Ferris High School, where the 40-year-old teacher said she was standing in the school?€™s main office about 15 minutes earlier when a male she had never seen before walked up behind her, placed his hands on her waist and ?€œthrust his pelvis area into her,?€? reports said.

A 62-year-old Jersey City man who works for Jersey City Public Schools was arrested Wednesday after a Ferris High School teacher accused him of grabbing her from behind and simulating a sex act on her, The Jersey Journal reports.

Paul Hall, of Grant Avenue, was charged with criminal sexual contact. He is described in police reports as a ?messenger,? and records show he is paid $48,548 annually.
