Paninoteca 275 in Carroll Gardens and Red Hook?s Hope & Anchor, which she opened with partner Gary Rego (he?s also her partner in Rue Viet). This will be Munz?s first restaurant back on this side of the Hudson, and it will offer ?a mix of Asian flavors,? including pork buns, noodle curry, pork belly, pho and Banh Mi sandwiches. The restaurant is slated to open in November, with Monday-Friday hours of 11 am to 11 pm for lunch and dinner and weekend hours of 9 am to 11 pm for all three meals.

are you talking about on the corner of Monmouth and Newark where Nia's Cafe was? I think it's going to be a noodle place. And I also think it's Rue, like the French Avenue, not Rogue....but i could be wrong. I'll have to look when I go by today.
