http://www.pmjconstruction.com/ Best, most reliable contractor I have every used and a genius with brownstone repair. He's been working in this area since at least the 1980s so he knows how these buildings are constructed.

The facade of our 4-story brownstone has cracks and we're seeing water damage on the walls of some of the units. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good company for repairs (and we may also do a repointing at the same time if the price is good).
Thanks in advance. Also - will we need a permit (from the Historical preservation committee?) for this type of work?
