I haven't been, but live near...when they have class at night I've seen like 3-6 people in the class. Not too bad.

I went to a class last Sunday. It was a 10am class and I was the only person there (besides the instructor) which was a bit awkward, but hey, 1-on-1 instruction is a treat too. I'm sure once it's been open longer it will get more popular. Plus, they have a LOT of classes (4 or 5 per day, 7 days a week) which they probably won't be able to sustain in the long-term unless they have a lot of customers. I plan on checking out some other classes/instructors in upcoming weeks.

The studio has a very homey and down-to-earth feel, which is cool. The ceiling is a bit low, so if you're taller than about 5'5", position yourself away from the ceiling fan :)

Is this place open? Has anyone tried a class? Any reviews?

it looks like there are beginner classes & it is a laid-back studio - I wouldn't feel the need to have to buy new workout clothes to take a class. I'd prob wear shorts & a Tshirt myself.

Are there beginner classes and do I have to buy all sorts of expensive outfits or can I just wear shorts?

Haha. I will be one of them once I take a few classes. The area is cleaning up quite a bit and shaping up to be a much nicer block!

We saw them working on this - it's great! Now there's more new people in the area (who can really bend down) to help pick up all those pizza man's paper plates! JK

I was driving by and noticed a new yoga studio at 413 Monmouth between 3rd and 4th - it's next to DeCarlos on one side and the pizza shops on the other. A nice addition to the block! Check out their website!
