Call Dave Smith of http://www.onemansideshow.com - he is based in Philly but travels to this area. Really good and can tailor for different ages.

I've seen Silly Willy at the LCCS Juneapalooza. He's excellent with the kids and a lot of fun. There's a fair amount of kid involvement in his show. He's also from Jersey City, so he's local.
