Some teenage kids can be so arrogant and cocky that they don't care whether or not they get arrested. It seems he was doing it on purpose to get the cops upset. I always feel bad for the OTHER kids who have to go to school with these A$*&oles.

3 Dickinson High School students arrested after school, Jersey City cops say

Three students were arrested on unrelated charges near Dickisnon High School in Jersey City after school this afternoon.

Jersey City police patrolling outside Dickinson High School after school this afternoon because of a threatened gang fight arrested three students on unrelated charges and confiscated six bags of suspected marijuana and 51 vials of suspected cocaine, officials said.

A 17-year-old boy was charged with robbery outside the Palisade and Newark avenues school after a 15-year-old student's cell phone was stolen and he pointed out the alleged thief to cops, officials said, adding that the phone was recovered.

Another 17-year-old boy was then arrested at McPherson Place and Newark Avenue and charged with drug possession by officers who spotted him discard the suspected marijuana, reports said.

The two boys were being transported to the juvenile bureau when a 17-year-old boy parked his bike in front of the police car at Baldwin and Pavonia avenues and refused to let it pass, reports said.

When the officers told the boy to move he laughed and said, "Too bad," police said.

Eventually the boy moved but as the police car moved he continued to pull in front of it and force it to stop, reports said. The officers got out to arrest the boy and he swung his arms and legs violently, kicking one officer in the stomach, reports said.

During the scuffle the boy tossed a bag containing the suspected cocaine, reports said.

On Thursday two gangs, the Marion Boys and the Duncan Boys, had squared off, prompting yesterday's extra police presence, officials said.
