At this point the cops should have took a shot at him. J.C should commend their police for sacrificing their own lives to refrain from discarding this out of town Orange head. Actually maybe J.C. should reprimand the cops for not instantly reducing this guy from life the moment they arrived on the scene with a gun pointed at their face.

Dialed for gun delivery after fight, police say
by Michaelangelo Conto Jersey Journal Thursday April 30, 2009, 10:44 AM An Orange man bloodied in a Jersey City street fight had a friend bring him a gun to settle the matter, reports said. But he was arrested Sunday night after he pointed the gun at plainclothes cops, reports said. Diplow Evans, 37, was charged with aggravated assault on police officers, possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting arrest and other weapons offenses when he was arrested on Corcoran Street about 9 p.m., officials said. Officers on patrol saw Evans fighting and heard him say, "This ain't over. I'll be back," reports said. They then overheard Evans say into his cell phone, "I need it now. I'm going back over there and I'm going to set it off," reports said. Evans then stood at the curb looking up and down Woodlawn Avenue until a car pulled up and the driver handed him a semiautomatic pistol before driving off, reports said. The cops got out of their car saying, "Police! Drop the gun," but Evans pointed it at them and refused to comply. Cops tackled him and took him into custody after a scuffle, reports said. The 9mm handgun was not reported stolen and it had been sold in Georgia, reports said.
