Cops: Found with shot in chest
Monday, November 03, 2008 A Jersey City man was stabbed in the lower chest while entering his home early Saturday morning, police reports said. The 32-year-old Grant Avenue resident told police, who found him pressing a shirt against a bleeding chest wound, that he was stabbed as he was entering his apartment at around 1:10 a.m., police reports said. He was listed in stable condition after being treated at Jersey City Medical Center for a puncture wound to the lower left chest, reports said.
