Please tip at least $5.00...simply because he/she's rushing to transport hot food and let's face it...the pizza delivery person probably doesn't live in the lap of luxury with views of the Hudson River.
Live large ~ pass some good karma forward.

I always tip the delivery guy an extra $5 if he doesn't look around for the other 4 people all this pizza would feed. ?

it's cold outside and i just placed my first pizza delivery order - how much to tip $2 or $3 or $5. does this change if there is already a food delivery charge
