It was not a Tuxedo cat, it was solid black. Collar had a red tag.

A neighbor down here on Mercer Street has had notices up for almost a month about a missing Tuxedo cat. I think it had a collar. Thanks for posting. If description fits, please advise on this thread-

Some geniuses near the park let their black cat wander the neighborhood. It's most likely theirs.

I saw a black cat with a collar (the tag was red) walking through Hamilton Park this morning around 7:45 AM. Being a cat, it wasn't exactly interested in me getting close to it and inspecting the collar, but I figured I'd post on here and see if anyone is missing one.
It chased a squirrel and bird and then dashed into the bushes near the fountain where it seemed to be hiding out.
