It was not a Tuxedo cat, it was solid black. Collar had a red tag.

Anyone missing a black cat? Saw one in with a collar in Hamilton Park this morning

I saw a black cat with a collar (the tag was red) walking through Hamilton Park this morning around 7:45 AM. Being a cat, it wasn't exactly interested in me getting close to it and inspecting the collar, but I figured I'd post on here and see if anyone is missing one.

It chased a squirrel and bird and then dashed into the bushes near the fountain where it seemed to be hiding out.

Good point! I see people looking for real estate attorneys on here from time to time and figured it couldn't hurt to post my information. I'm a Jersey City resident with 10 years of experience with real estate transactions all over the country, but, after graduating Rutgers Law School in 2010, I?ve focused mainly on New Jersey closings. I'm happy to answer any questions people might have about the process whether they end up as a client or not, and apologies to those who see this as messageboard spam!

As a real estate attorney, I love getting inspection reports from

Indago Inspections
www.indagoinspections.com |
24 Mountain Ave., Hawthorne, NJ 07506 |
973-885-6236 |
(F) 973-238-1170

Jim did my inspection when I bought, and I recommend him to my clients. Very thorough and the reports are very well composed (typed, with pictures of issues, etc.)
