I usually stick to the basics at diners, even Brownstone (which is really good by the way). After watching that episode of Diners, drive ins and Dives, I'm definitely going to be more adventurous with the menu.

Diners, Drive Ins and Dives is on at 1am and 1:30am. Both feature NJ diners so I'm not sure which one Brownstone will be on.
