I highly recommend Sernio?s on Communipaw and Mallory. I brought my SUV to them after someone sideswiped me while I was parked overnight on the street. They not only charged me a thousand dollars less then my car dealer quoted, the car came back completely detailed, inside and out, and the workmanship on the repair was excellent. They are a very professional business and know what good customer sevice means.

We've used Ziggy's on 7th Street a couple of times for minor dents. They've done a great job at keeping the costs well below what we expected, and it looked good.

I usually park in an area where the car cannot get hit. But occasionally, I have to parellel park too, and these people in JC cannot parallel park for their lives. I mean, this is the basics of driving.

It is actually only the third time in 10 years. Had another car that was totalled by a drunk driver after the first Giants Patriots Super Bowl. Car was innocently parked and some drunk hit a moving vehicle, then slammed into 3 parked cars, mine included. That dude's insurance must have gone up tenfold.

Used A&L this week. Parked overnight, a black car rammed my car causing scratches and indentations the week before. I used A&L last summer 2012. I went to three different places for estimates, A&L gave me the best. Printed the estimate. Went with A&L because of my positive experience last summer. Job done in two days. Final price was lower than estimate. Job well done, very satisfied.
