We need a city "golden fleece" award for city employees that waste money on idiotic projects.
I can also recommend other projects for this invaluable group of denizen representatives, such as a committee to investigate inequality in Jersey City, as well as the related plight of fat people that can't afford a gym.

You don't need a committee to waste money and time on this issue . Then again maybe thats the solution . Quick fix : get a list of what the JC school system buys and open a company that provides it.

Diane Coleman to head Jersey City committee studying exclusion of minorities from commerce

McDonald | The Jersey Journal on December 22, 2014 at 12:31 PM City Councilwoman Diane Coleman will chair a committee to determine the best ways to implement the recommendations of a study that found a paucity of minority-owned businesses winning contracts with the city. Coleman will join fellow council members Joyce Watterman and Daniel Rivera on the 13-member committee, formed to examine a disparity report, also known as a Croson study, that analyzed city procurement trends and practices from 2002 through 2008.
