Pebble, do you have an eyewitness account?

I arrived home just before this occurred. Some people were outside hanging out and all seemed fine. But I was in the house for about 30 minutes when I heard some loud commotion followed by some screaming. The police were there pretty quick.

The people were on Crescent. I'm guessing the argument moved down the street to where their car was likely parked.

45-28=17... not all that much better, but more accurate.

Yes, they updated her age but not much better. But what the heck! She's still young and the kid is out of the house.

Anyone notice this gem? "After the arrest, the man asked for police to release his personal belongings to his girlfriend, which included $3,142 in cash and two gold rings, police said. "

Yeah, I carry around over $3k in cash all the time while drunk. Seems legit.

The sad reality is that at this time of year, the number of domestic incidents increase drastically when families get together over the holiday season.

There is always a 'spike' of domestic violence casualties in hospitals and medical clinics within families. Some families get together and settle scores or aren't happy with gifts being received and the inevitable recall of family history that triggers the violence

A Union City woman and her boyfriend were hospitalized late last night after the woman's son attacked the two in a street brawl, according to a police report.

At about 11:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, police were dispatched to Astor Place on report of a large group of people, many who were intoxicated, fighting in the street, police said.

When they arrived, the 41-year-old woman was lying in the middle of the street, police said.
