What shit element we have running around the streets of Jersey City. We need to round up this type of element load them on a bus, lock the door and send the bus into the river and let it sink with them on board.

Attacker on bike hits Jersey City woman in the forehead with rock

A 20-year-old Jersey City woman was hit in the forehead with a rock on Neptune Avenue east of Romar by a man riding a bicycle last night.

A 20-year-old Jersey City woman was hit on the forehead with a rock by a man who rode up to her on a bicycle last night on Neptune Avenue just east of Romar Avenue, police said.

The woman told cops she had left her home to walk to a nearby 24-hours Walgreens when the attacker, possibly a juvenile, rode up to her and struck her in the head with what she thought was a brick.

The victim had heard a noise behind her and said that as the attacker rode past he turned around to approach her. She began screaming "Rape'' because she feared he was going to attack her. She called her boyfriend, was hit on the forehead, then ran about a half block.

The attacker was seen fleeing south on Romar, police said.

When police arrived at about 10:30 p.m., the woman was lying on the ground, bleeding heavily from the forehead and crying hysterically, police said. Her boyfriend was holding her.

As police investigated, a woman brought over a rock and a pair of glasses found at the corner, where the attack happened, police said. The glasses belonged to the victim.
