Let me make sure I got this (this thread has been super helpful for first timer runners)
1. Take uber or lyft 2. Make sure the driver takes the Bayonne bridge 3. Get dropped off at McClean and Lili Pond 4. If your wave starts at 10:40, leave Jersey City around 8:30 am

i've done everything i can like clean the filter and what not, it is getting progressively weaker (amount of cold air pumped out) and also getting louder

Has anyone ever had a window mounted air conditioner serviced? Or do people just buy new ones. I have some of the mid -priced fredrich models about 5 years old
That I would prefer not throw away - let me know if you have any experience with this I have called two air conditioner repair companies and both did not work with in window units

There's a reason those buildings appraised differently: to be rent controlled you have to be a commercial class property, and commercial properties are NOT appraised by COMPS, they are appraised by INCOME! So a property with fixed low rents, or for that matter one with both residential and commercial tenants, is valued proportionally to those rents, and NOT to the value of the overpriced 4 unit brownstone next door. The reason for this is that a bank would never lend on a commercial income property with not enough income to cover it's expenses, and that keeps prices down. If a homeowner wants to waste their income on overpriced residential property and has the cash, the bank is OK with that.[/quote]

regarding this particular case, it is insane given the following
Location and circumstances, busy store, busy street, daytime that there are no suspects Currently there is an electronic sign asking for help Cameras? Did the police even interview people working in nearby stores?
