Thank you JC List.

Nice to see that xenophobic irrational people live here in JC. I just thought they lived in Texas, Alabama, and Arizona.

I agree JCMAN, and I believe that with your type of thinking you should be the first to be 'put away'.

Once again the Fulop Team is pulling a fast one on us.

Mr. Bill Clinton is showing up for the Fulop 2017 fundraiser, not President Clinton.

If they can't get honorifics correct, how the hell do they expect to run a city.

The rent is too high at that location...

No business would be able to survive there... Unless they had a pretty high turn-over rate or charged high prices for their meals.

Murals are nice, but they will not improve Jersey City. Why not focus on real 'quality of life issues' like having businesses clean up their frontage every day; attract real industry into JC, rather then just poaching from NYC; trying to make Jersey City the premier city in NJ, not just another borough of NYC.

I personally think Fulop is a fraud, but I do like seeing residents take an interest in JC and that is something Fulop has increased. I just wish he didn't try to make JC into another Hoboken.

Put up a lawn sprinkler and leave for the day... Just make sure that the water also goes into their yard.

I bet they tried moving him to another department and he would have none of that and decided to retire.

City isn't responsible for his pension, just his healthcare costs; till he is entitled to collect medicare.

Just noticed the new 'bistro' place has a gigantic awning for out door seating.... This is def. going to create a mess with the Grove Street Friday events... and I will not be surprised if they fight having the food trucks there now.

I've always thought anyone who uses the term 'common sense', is trying to pull a fast one, or that they have no idea what is going on.

I've seen Fulop's ideas, some I like, some I hated. The overall theme I got from it though is that the city is going to need to invest $ in itself.

Not sure how he plans on generating the necessary $, he ignored that sticking point.

The only thing I see wrong with Healy's statement is that he calls Richardson 'newly elected' - She isn't newly elected!! She was Ward F's council woman who LEFT that post to take the At-Large position.

Now Lopez and Richardson IMPLY that Jersey City needs change and that Brennan needs to be removed but it is a shame that they are doing it in a manner that can be construed as outside NJ law (as per today's statement from the City Lawyer).

So do we want to lose some jobs to modernization at the piers or would we prefer that all that shipping go to South Carolina who has a deep water port to handle these newer and bigger ships and is also a right to work state.

Where do you see that Healy even mentioned rigged?

Simple fact is that the special election happened during a non-election year and that these types of elections have a lot lower turn out.

I honestly think Richardson is reminding the Healy crew that she is there and that she needs more 'attention' from City Hall.

If she was serious about becoming Council President, Brennan term is up shortly, she should be working for the council's vote and not trying to change the rules that would ultimately shorten her own term.

It is the time of year that cats tend to climb up into car engines for the warmth of the engine. I wouldn't be surprised that these cats had their tails cut off when someone started up their car.

Why a Republican Mayor?

Why not an old school Communist Dictator who uses fear and intimidation to control the masses.

But then again, they pretty much are the same thing.

I think this quote from the Wall Street Journal says it all.

Kathleen Bauhs, who has lived about a block from the park for 25 years, said she's thrilled with the changes to the area. However, there's one thing, she says, that's not as attractive as it used to be.

"The new dog owners are not as good as the old dog owners," Ms. Bauhs said, holding three poodles on their leashes at Hamilton Park. "They don't pick up the poop."

White Star will have the games on most likely and if they don't you can just ask to have them put it on.
