There is a learning-curve problem with this guy - take the gun, badge and cuffs and no bail. Let him sit in a cell to cool his heels.
He must be a timid sort of guy if he is only threatening kids with it - if he pulled any siht like the police id and I saw the gun up his armpit, I'd bitch slap him so hard that an ambulance would be required.

Bodega owner busted with gun and fake badge - again!

A Jersey City bodega owner busted for carrying a gun, police badge and handcuffs recently, was arrested again today by officers who found him again packing a gun in his store and wearing a fake badge, officials said.

At 9:11 a.m., Juan Dominguez was arrested at the Zabriskie Street bodega and charged with resisting arrest and weapons offenses, reports said.

On April 27 Dominguez, 50, of Kennedy Boulevard, was charged with impersonating a police officer, forgery, assault, possession of handcuffs and weapons offenses, reports said.

Officers responded to the store today after several children reported that Dominguez was back in the store with a gun and a badge again, reports said. When officers entered the bodega, Dominguez bolted toward the back of the store, where he was arrested as he tried to stuff the loaded gun into a bread bag, reports said.

Inside the bag officers also found handcuffs and Dominguez had a fake police badge hanging form a chain around his neck, reports said.

The last time Dominguez was arrested police responded to his store on a report he showed a gun to a 14-year-old boy to frighten him, reports said. That time police found him with a loaded gun, a fictitious North Bergen Police ID, a fake badge, a 9mm magazine and a .45 caliber magazine, reports said.

Cops found a Jersey City bodega owner armed with a gun and carrying handcuffs and a fake police badge after he showed the gun to a 14-year-old to frighten him, officials said.

Juan Dominguez, 50, of Kennedy Boulevard near South Street, was arrested Friday and charged with impersonating a police officer, forgery, assault, possession of handcuffs and weapons offenses, reports said.

The boy told police that just before 5 p.m. Friday he was ready to enter the store and first peeked through the window to see if anyone was inside, reports said. The boy said Dominguez ran out saying, "You think this is funny?" and exposed a holstered gun on his hip, reports said.

The boy ran back to his home, located in the same building as the bodega, and told his mother, who called police, reports said.

Officers entered the store and handcuffed Dominguez immediately after seeing the gun holstered at his side and loaded with 15 rounds, reports said.

Police also found Dominguez had a fictitious North Bergen Police ID, a fake badge, a 9mm magazine and a .45 caliber magazine, reports said. The officers arrested Dominguez when he "could not produce a valid reason" for carrying the loaded weapon and fake ID and badge, reports said.
