Hi. I ordered mine from a company called cedarsheds international.

It came in 8 or 10 flat pieces on a pallet and had to be assembled by me, but it was a fun project. The delivery company dropped it off on the sidewalk and I carried the pieces through the house to the backyard and assembled it there. It came with all the hardware. Needed a screwdriver/drill, and would probably have gone quicker with another person to help. Would order from them again.

Hope this helps.

Historic building are subjected to exterior or the front of a building. A shed is in the backyard. I lived in a historic building for many years and from my backyard view, saw many sheds in neighboring backyards.

Start with the Office of Zoning. If your in a Historic District that would require approval from staff and/or Commission. Good Luck!
