Given recent news report of some seriously adverse reaction after brow treatments, I suppose you could argue this falls under the safety category. ;)

I believe Joey Healy himself charges a premium over the over stylists, being more experienced and booking an appointment ahead of time is probably a good idea. You can book the appointment online or call.
