Fulop catches heat for blocking critics on Facebook

JERSEY CITY -- Recent lawsuits targeting public officials who block citizen critics on social media are shining a spotlight on Mayor Steve Fulop's own itchy "block" finger.

More than a dozen people have told The Jersey Journal that Fulop has blocked them on Facebook or Twitter, some for posting mildly critical comments, others for striking a harsher tone about the mayor and his policies.
