Does anyone know what the construction if for going on by the Holland Tunnel ventilation shafts in Newport? They tore out the road that lead to the shaft that's out in the Hudson. Now it seems they are building framework leading out to that shaft. Are they building a walkway similar to the one on the NYC side?
