No connection between two restaurants... Liberty Prime is connected by family to the Diner at the south enterance to the park, by the the golfcourse.

In consideration the city allows the signage as in-kind payment for maintenance.

you've never seen signs like that on other roads (especially the highway)???

the reason why the sign is branded is written on the sign... as Yvonne said, they pay the landscaping cost for the median so you dont have to via taxes.

if you want to get rid of them, im sure when renewal time comes around you could pay to sponsor the landscaping and tell the city you don't want a sign thanking you.

These have been driving me crazy every time I drive by them. The signs are ridiculously oversized and it is completely inappropriate. A business agrees to keep a mile of highway clean and they get a small, unbranded sign. Liberty Prime agrees to maintain a one block medium and they get 2 huge, custom ones? Where's the logic in that?

What's with the two new signs put up on the median of
Montgomery St. west of Warren by Liberty Prime Steakhouse. I am all for private/public partnership but the signs are over kill. It looks like you're entering a new subdivision.
How did these signs ever get approved.
