Well, another developer screws the community. What was promised as a protected recreational area at the end of Sussex St. is now being called for the new tenants. ?The Sussex Street dog run.? So much for community give backs for changing the zoning regulations. That?s what they think of the community...dogs. Thanks HPHA for selling out your neighborhood!

What's with Paulus Hook Park?

What is going on with Paulus Hook Park on Washington and Grand? It's a strange park with most of it locked up so no one can use it except for some privileged few who seem to have keys to get into it. For the last few years, within the three sections of Paulus Hook Park, have been destroying the park by making it into a community garden and using it like their own back yard.
These raised beds, containers and barrels should be removed. It looks like the homeless are moving in. Looks like a garbage dump.

New Liberty Prime District downtown

What's with the two new signs put up on the median of
Montgomery St. west of Warren by Liberty Prime Steakhouse. I am all for private/public partnership but the signs are over kill. It looks like you're entering a new subdivision.
How did these signs ever get approved.

Just saw the changes the developer wants on Candice Osborne's website. We really have to stop giving into these developers. They want to change the zoning regulations to add more stories. The area is zoned for 6 story buildings and they want 15 stories. Here is the link which has a survey too.
