I work out of Neumann.

Always room for one more in here.

You can also try Chambord Place, which is a few blocks west of Neumann. They've always got a variety of spaces available. Depending on what your budget is, they have some stunners.

Good luck!

Any idea how you find these? .

I saw one place in Union City that was being rented out in small sections. However, this was 15 years ago and I can't even remember where exactly this place was.

I just figured that all these old industrial / commercial properties I see would section off spaces under 1,000 sqft. From what you are saying, that isn't the case.

There are a few like that around, most that I know of are pricey now like Neumann Leather or Monroe Arts in Hoboken. Lakawanna won't let anyone subdivide that small. There was one up on Palisade in U City too now that I think about it.

You might want to look at renting some commercial space in one of the old warehouses and factories scattered around the area. It might be better than a garage to do projects in.

Any idea how you find these? I was looking online, trying to convince a friend losing her Manhattan workspace that she could do better here than Queens, but was not very successful finding listings for space under 2k ft.

I am in need of a garage to store some tools and things. Ideally I would like to work on small projects. This would be for myself only and I am would be very respectful of noise and your property. I am also open to a shared place if it was only a few people. Please let me know if you have something. Paul 2001.206.2856
