Maybe the guy is just an anti-social stupid a$$hole? Why link him to people that suffer from mental disorders yet obey the law?

A Jersey City man rammed a Jersey City police officer with his motorized wheelchair after he and another man threatened to kill several officers, authorities said. The wheelchair-bound Fernando Piris, 33, of Cambridge Avenue, is charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and resisting arrest.
