That section is zone free for a reason. It frequently floods. Twice in the past 3 years it was under 3-4 ft of water. Park there at your own risk. The city should probably put up warning signs.

Nope, they're generic. You just scratch off the date that you want to activate them on.

Aren't those temporary permits specific to each car they are issued to along with a date and time on them ?

If you don't find one - try to park on Brunswick between 9th and 10th - it's Zone free.

I'm in sore need of a single temporary parking permit for tomorrow (Tuesday), and won't be able to run down to Central Ave to pick one up tomorrow. I miscalculated how many I'd need and used my last one today. Anyone near Hamilton Park have a spare one that I could buy from you on Tuesday morning? I'd gladly pay more than the face value of 3$.
