more church-busses are stolen than hondas in this country because they're so easy to hide. church bus parts are in high demand. church-bus chop shops are popping up all over the place lately.

its an insult to thievery. imagine being in prison for this:
"whatcha in for?"
"i stole a church bus"

I wanted to give everyone an update. The Church Bus was just found this morning. The bus was found on Ocean Ave./Wilkinson Ave. Greenville section. Besides some cigarettes, gloves and a torn radio, the Bus is ok.

We thank the community for the support, prayer and well wishes provided to our congregation. We also pray for whomever committed the crime.

We will be evaluating the church's current security practices and will install security systems in the bus to try to deter anyone from committing such an act in the future.

That is terrible news! I live on this block. Can you tell us more about what time the bus was stolen and what took place. There are a lot of eyes and ears on this block. I'd be surprised if no one saw anything. Thanks and hoping for a positive outcome on this. Your church members are very considerate and positive people, even from afar.

16 Passenger Church Bus stolen from 3rd St. Church. Bus is a silver Bus with tinted windows with a smile Jesus loves you decal on the rear of the bus. Bus was stolen a few minutes before picking up parishoners for tonight's service.

Bus was parked in the church parking lot located between Jersey Ave. & Erie Street. Anyone with information please call the police or email vozdeuncion1@aol.com
