The motorcyclist and any motorist should travel at a safe distance behind any vehicle to avoid rear-ending it - The motorcyclist should look into the mirror to see who was at fault and pay for any damage he or his bike caused !

Hmmmm? Somebody driving in front of you might actually stop? God forbid you prepare yourself for such a possibility.
What are the chances this douche was speeding and weaving through traffic?

View Larger Map Biker injured in Jersey City after bus stops Monday, September 13, 2010 By MICHAELANGELO CONTE JOURNAL STAFF WRITER A 21-year-old North Bergen man was injured when he was thrown from a motorcycle on Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City last week after trying to avoid hitting a vehicle that stopped behind a bus which was letting off passengers, officials said. The North Bergen man was taken to the Jersey City Medical Center complaining of pain over his entire body after the crash on Kennedy Boulevard at Hutton Street on Wednesday at 2:44 p.m., reports said. The man told police when the Fairfield-based Rite Ride Transportation bus "stopped in the middle of the street" to drop people off, the SUV behind the bus stopped suddenly, and he swerved trying to avoid hitting the SUV, reports said. He said his Suzuki struck the SUV and he was thrown from the bike and landed in the next lane, reports said. The man's injuries were described as "moderate" on the police crash investigation report, which also said no summonses were issued.
