A better question is what is a mile square city doing with their own DPW and municipal trucks. And that's why property taxes in the state are out of control.

The JJ today had a story about how Hoboken opened bids for a Temporary Municipal garage. Seems they sold the old one with out much thought into where to put the new one.
Two of the bidders are in JC.One at 16th and Marin and the other on New York Ave. in the heights. So they screw up and we may get all their DPW trucks,salt piles, garbage in JC? WTF.........
