c'mon... didnt know??? adrenaline can make you ignore some stuff, but you sure as hell feel the first one till the dopamine kicks in.

anybody ever get shot by a BB or pellet of paintball gun? and those are mild in comparison.

blows my mind that people say and then subsequently print stuff like that.

Jersey City man shot while walking down street

By Michaelangelo Conte/The Jersey Journal
November 05, 2009, 5:00PM

A 20-year-old Jersey City man was shot in the arm and leg at McAdoo and Rose avenues in Jersey City last night.
A Jersey City man was shot in the arm and once in the leg while walking down a Greenville street last night, reports said.

The 20-year-old Park Street man told police he was at McAdoo and Rose avenues at 9:08 p.m. when he heard a gunfire and took off running, reports said.

He said he tried to hide but heard another shot ring out and took off running again, reports said, adding that he said he did not turn around or see who was shooting at him.

Unaware that he was hit, the victim ran to a friend's home on Rutgers Avenue and when he opened the door she saw he was bleeding, reports said.

The man was taken by ambulance to the Jersey City Medical Center where he was treated for a bullet wound that went completely through his left arm near the elbow, and another that entered his thigh and traveled to his back without exiting, reports said.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the Jersey City Police Department tip line at (201) 547-JAIL.
