While I doubt Mr. Cotter has much control over the road surfacing, I'll venture that if there has been any planning going on in JC, I've yet to detect it. Consider the basic concept of new parks for new neighborhoods. Lets not even get started on the short lives and untimely deaths of the WALDO and "powerhouse arts district".

Bobby Cotter is absolutely committed to the City of Jersey City's growth as well as preserving it's historic fabric.

He works 60 hours / week and is not particularly well-compensated.

He's never been involved on HCDO politics (nor in the Hudson County or State of NJ GOPs).

He has no say whatsoever over the timing of road work in Jersey City.

And he certainly has never taken any paybacks from developers or businesses involved in development projects in Jersey City.

The two of you clearly have no idea of the many projects he has worked to stop or to have redesigned when the original documents show unattractive structures or a plan will have advese effects on surrounding neighborhoods.

This Bob Cotter is one of the many parasites who have
nursed off the municipal tit for years and years,

Interesting how the only small section of C Columbus drive that actually got fixed is in front of MR Cotter's home. AKA "Citykid". The whole street down to the waterfront is like a war zone except that 2 block area which btw took forever to do.
