For insurance purposes, we need a property assessor to come look at our building (6 condo units). Long story short they want us to pay insurance for about 3 times of what it would take to rebuild, and we have to officially have (to pay) an assessor to lower it.

Does anyone have anyone to recommend or has gone thru this and has advice? Thanks.
