Every year on the Saturday before the PR parade, the City Council president disturbs the entire neighborhood surrounding his Mercer street home with a huge private party. The only thing not private is the band in his backyard which can be heard blocks away from about noontime until the late hours of the evening.
One has to wonder if he gets a permit for this and if the band is paid for from his City Council salary or the one he collects from the County.
