There is no street cleaning on Essex. St.; for residents it's one of the few advantages of having the light rail. The parking is resident-only. In addition to the zone 3 sticker you need another permit that hangs from your rear view mirror.

Parking regulation question: Essex St.

Hi,
Does anyone know what the parking regulation is on the one side of Essex that you may park on between Warren and Van Vorst? The sign that should have the street sweeping schedule is blank, as well as the zone permit sign. I noticed most cars on the block had a zone 3 tag, as do I, but I don't know if/when the alternate side regulation is. Any help would be appreciated.
