yeah I heard this this morning and was quite annoyed as well.. but what can you do except confront the person directly? Wonder if it's the same person who last week decided to park their car on 5th and Erie at 5am and honked their horn for 10 minutes repeatedly in a considered and jolly fashion.

The prankster in me would bump the car as often as possible to convince the idiot to disconnect the alarm. But yes - that's also a fantasy.

Any legal suggestions for next time this jerk wakes up everyone feet away from his/her car? Doubt the cops care.

If this is you: Just wow. Please stop. Maybe write down where you park next time or use one of the many parking apps available on your phone.

WOW. Certainly one of the new entitled JC residents.

what about a courtesy note under the windscreen blades

Where I come from, courtesy notes are written into the hood, fender, or side/door.

I'm dealing with an idiot warming up his car playing his music and bass loud while sitting there texting on his cell phone. I finally figured out who it was walked over and the gut pulled out not long there after.
